Quadzilla, HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm sure you have tried this, but I would call Jeremy and talk to him. I don't think they get on here to check on RMA's. But I'm sure you have your reasons for coming to the forums to try and get some answers and thats cool if so and I'm not asking to know why or what has gotcha here! But call'em up or e-mail him jmccann@quadzillapower.com. And I do believe that quad has been out or atleast doing stuff that has kept him from the forums. Good luck to ya.
That's the whole problem, the phone. Have talked to Justin a dozen times in the last 2 months. Keeps telling me Jeremy will call me but he never does. I keep calling, they keep giving me excuses. Now Justin says that Gloria said I can not return the new XZT I bought directly from them under the exchange program. There is no refund. Says right on their website 30 day return on xzillerator and 90 day on MMM. So in essence they are saying I spent another $106.00 for nothing because it's still throwing codes the same as the one I turned in. Spent more money sending it back to them to have it checked out. They say it works fine. Throwing codes and the truck running like crap is not working fine.
Money doesn't grow on trees for me so I need this taken care of. All I'm asking is for my money back on a return item.
