quadzilla gauge

Are these gauges any good? I have one and the fuel Line preasure is flashing 0 psi. My truck still runs and drives, pump still makes noise and still feels like plenty of power. So that would be a good indication that it is working (fuel pump). Should I unplug the rail preasure part of the gauge to protect the Fuel Preasure Sensor or is it ok. Another thing is there any other kind of gauges out there that I could replace the quad?? I am not sure in the quad is a very good product!!

How much fuel in the tank when this happens?
If it only happens at ¼ tanks or less I bet you have problems with your draw straw sucking air.

i had to return my quad rail pressure/fuel pressure guage twice before they sent me a good one. this one seems to be working good so far. quad told me that these guages are the item that they have the most problem with. not sure how long you have had yours, but i think they have a 1yr warranty on them and quad has top notch customer service.

I was thinking about getting one to watch my RP, might not if they're having problems.

It is great being able to watch RP and LP. IF they will not do anything at quad I will get some different gauges, if they are avalible.

The rail pressure gauge comes with the control pod with the new X2 standard box and is part of the control pod itself. I've had mine for over 6 months and it seems to work very well. No hick-ups or eratic behavior. I do not have the fuel pressure gauge as I don't hammer mine, only using the mileage tune and really like the product. When I had or thought I had problems with my 04.5 Quad went out of his way to make sure that the XZT box wasn't part of the problem. The problems continued with or without the Quad box so traded the 04.5 truck for the 07 in my signature and it is a totally different very good beast. If you are not sure whats wrong call Quad's customer service, they work with you very well & if it is their problem they take very good care of you. At least that's been my experiance and that of many others on this board.
