I am looking for some honest feedback on Quads XZT module. It seems they can be bought used for fairly cheap like $100. This will go on my bone stock 06 5.9 ctd.I know smarty is the ultimate out their now but for $100 I figured you couldnt go wrong. I am just looking to "wake" up the truck a little for everyday driving and add some mpg. Thanks in advance!!!

 

the 65 hp module is a good module. I got about 22 mpg when i had it. Its not a powerhouse module but it worked for me.

 

Mine worked OK. I removed it for a Smarty POD to take its place. My only suggestion is to make sure the connections are good - any interuption in current causes the engine to run like crap.

I have had mine for over 2 years and love it. I have the original non-adjustable 65hp and it gave me 1/2 mpg (city/hwy). It dyno'd at 364 hp 903lbs tq.(XZT only no Smarty). I like the smoothness of it over my Smarty but they seem to compliment each other. I would not hesitate to put it on your truck, they are a great company.
