Quad X2 modules...

I see that they have updated the web site with downloads for the X2. Where is the form I need to fill out to send in my std. module and upgrade it to the new X2???? I want this new module NOW!!!. Also why is it not for sale in the DTR store? I can go to Extremediesel and buy one right now....

The form is listed in the XZT Info (utility) download I believe. I tried to download it, but I am having difficulty opening it. You have to have the .Net framework installed on you computer I think. I don't know where to find .Net framework...

The form will be up tomorrow in PDF format.

The utility you can download is simply a way for you to see what you have installed on your module without downloading a whole update. That is all the utility is.

Supposed to have the Upgrade stuff including prices and instructions tomorrow sometime.

So Qzilla, are we still supposed to have the .Net framework installed for the other downloads, if so where does it come from or how do we download it?

We have more instructions going up tomorrow. It was supposed to be finished today but, we did not make it.

Also, you have to have the .net framework installed for the updates. 90% of the computers will already have this as tons of software automatically installs it on your PC without you knowing it.

In case you don't have it here is a link:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

This link is provided in the instructions as well when they get up.

Yes, .net has been standard for 4-5 years now.
As long as you keep your windows update current, you will not have a problem.

Thanks Quad,

XzillaraiderII and Commander

Is this the "way to go" for someone that is currently "bone stock'? Or is the ControlPOD adequate? Last, will the "II" be available w/o the ControlPod and the Commander in its place?
Thanks

Thanks

I can't say it "the" way to go, but it's certainly a great choice. It's the way I went.

I'm sure there will be a X2/Commander package deal, but I can't say if the Control Pod is omitted or not.
