Down Boy, Down!

In the current issue of Diesel Power they show a Quadrupole A pillar pod for the Powerjokes. Anyone know if there is one available for the 3rd Gen Rams yet?
Thing looked sweet, it is a Pro Parts item.

I looked through the Pro Parts website last night, all I see it the F-Series pod.

Wonder if there is that much differnece in the height of the two pillars?

Yup, all I could find was a quad overhead... Which I guess would be okay, but I'd a lot rather have the pillar style...

Maybe if we just be patient they'll get one out there for us.... Might have to petition to get it!!!

There was an "add on" pd that piggybacked an existing pod in the works. I guess that died when Scotty closed up shop? It would have been okay I guess, I would rather have them all straight up the pillar.

Oh, I would much rather have that too. It gives it a nice, neat look...

I bet if the demand is high enough they'll come out with it eventually. I bet there's more people than you and I that would like to have one

If not, I might look at the overhead one, but I don't think so... Prolly just get Edge for the digital and just get it over with! LOL

i have never seen a mass produced quad pod for any dodge truck, 2nd or 3rd gen. There isn't enough space

I believe member bigblue made his own quad pod. Maybe he will chime in here later this evening....

Yeah, I've seen his, but there is no good way of making that look like the existing plastic work. His is nice, no doubt, but I am not trying to re-create the wheel here. I would just get a column mount for the 4th before going through that.

How much more room is there in the F-250, they make one for them?

the superduty's windshield isn't as angled as the Dodge's. Because of the angle of our winshield's, the distance between the dash and the ceiling of the truck is much less than the same distance in the Ford. Thus, the Ford can fit 4 gauges, we can only fit 3....unless you name is BigBlue then everything becomes possible
