Question Quad i have some info for you. about my truck missing with XZT on it.

Hey quad i installed my commander today. let me say it was a lot easer than i thought it would be.well hear are the number i got off of it, just idleing the rail pressure jumps from 6,000 to allmost or just over 7,000. is that soposed to be jumping around like that. ok driveing at 70 and then going to wot.

fuel pressure jumps back and forth from 4-5 psi
EGT- right at 1100
Boost 38-39 psi
rail pressure will clime to 24,300-24,500 that right when the truck starts to miss. all of these reading are with the XZT on max power,

ok with the XZT on 0 power setting here is what i got at wot same test as above.
fuel pressure 5-6 psi
EGT around 900-1000
boost around 32-35 psi
rail pressure 20,000-21,000 psi

so what does my problem look like? lift pump going bad or PRV going bad.
what i do not understand is with the XZT on max power, shifting up threw the gears going wot the truck will not miss.it will only miss when you are running along at 70 mph and then go wot. allso it will not start missing untill you get up to 80 mph or more. but with the XZT set on 0 you can run the truck up to 100 mph if you want and it runs fine.Quad i am going to try and call you tomarrow. but please post what you think is wrong with my truck on here. incase i do not get a chance to call you. thanks Mopar72.

Did you adjust your defueling settings? Could one be set too low and it's defueling?
