This is my first post on the boards, everyone seems eager to offer lots of great advice. Hoping for a fun with with you all.

I recently managed to stumble onto a great deal on a '03 3500 with only 13k miles on it. Now I'm doing my best to learn all I can about the truck, and trying to add a few personal touches before I decide where on the powertrain I need to spend the big bucks...

I was hoping to fix up the bed, maybe add some protective skins all around. I've heard great things about Putco products, but online searches have turned up a great ranges in prices and information. Can anyone here point me in the right direction for some great rail skins? How about roll-top locking covers, lockable tailgate gear, etc?

I haul a lot of musical gear, and would like the ability to leave an amp or two locked up secure in the bed of my truck. This isn't essential, as I've been doing a fine job of stuffing all the expensive stuff into the rear seats, but learning a little more about the options would be great.
