Both XZT boxes were shipped back to the dealer i purchased them from today. He is doing an exchange for me & thank you for your concern.

Can you have him call our tech line and give them the serial numbers? I doubt he bought them direct through us and without them it will be impossible to track them down. Most of our WD's only send stuff back every few moths when they have a decent handful of them that warrant a shipment.

I sent them back by Priority mail & i will be speaking to them later in the week. I will give them the message to call as I'm VERY curious about this also.

Hey Quad,
When I disconnect the plug to the s/w, my rough idle comes back just like switching to level #1. What's next?

Shoot me a pm with your phone number. I will call and have the techs ship you another wire harness to see if this solves it.

Quad is by far the best Customer Support Based Company that I have ever seen! I have no issues with my Quad XZT but I know that if I did they would be there helping me once (I CALLED THEM AND ASKED)!!!!!! Some people????? OTHERS!!!!! Good Day JB
