I have a 2008 ram 3500 6.7 cummins. I pull a 8000 lb travel trailer. I just bought the truck brand new. I've gone the 500 miles w/o pulling a trailer. I've had the rear differential fluid changed to synthetic SAE 75-140.

I want to know which programmer will give me the best results for towing. (power, shift points, torque, mpg etc). I also intend to get a cold air intake. I also need suggestions on which intake, if any, is any better than another.

S&B intake is nice as for the programmer out of my area if its not a 5.9 i have no clue but someone will chim in with the right answer for u, congrats on the new ride to.

 

Im not sure when it will be available, but if you could hold out and wait for the smarty to be released, Im sure it will be worth it.
