I vote for the smarty...but that is from my experience on an 03 SO...i ran the Triple Dog, the Power Pup and finally got a smarty. All i need to say is I can spin my 35's with ease with the smarty alone on #9...i couldn't break 295's loose with either of the bully dogs stacked with a quadzilla pressure box.
But that is on a pre 04.5 which can't do CL...
