Hi All - had the dealer install a Mopar remote start when I purchased my new truck (06' 2500 MegaCab). The remote start worked fine for a couple months but lately doesn't work in the morning after a cool night. If I key start the truck, drive enough to warm it up then park it, the remote start then seems to work fine. Do you think this is a malfunction? I really wanted the remote start so I could be lazy in the morning before I left for work. Bryce

 

Since the dealer installed it before you picked it up it should be covered under the 3/36 warranty. I would take it back let them keep it over night to id the problem.

the mopar remote start has been discontinued by dodge, my gf has it on her jeep too,, pos, and they wont support it anymore either
