I installed a Lund Tonneau cover a few months ago and when I took it off to move some furniture I saw that three of the four ribs had jumped the brackets. They were sitting on the bed rail and wearing groves into the rail. The reason they jumped the bracket was the rubber ends on the ribs were gone! Lund was more than happy to replace the rubber parts but as far as the damage to the rail they said you have to “watch it”. I now have the ribs taped to the brackets.
