Powerbrake'in

What is the trick to a good powerbrake? Is it true that the ecm will defuel when boost goes up, and no mph? Sometimes i cant even get them to spin on certain road conditions. Dont forget i do have the TST box also.

My truck does not defuel. Hold that brake down with you left foot...bring the rpms up to 1800 or so...and let the brake go and floor it. Should provide you a good distance of rubber...

If not...who knows?

I have also notice that the 03-04.5 wont break em loose when it detects no mph.But once you get rolling it lites em up.

Only other thing i have not tried is hold to about 1800 rpm let off brake, and when they start to spin hold the brake again.

Oh...you want a stationary burn...do what I said above then slam on the brake again. It is much easier to gettem to spin when you let off the brake for a quick second.

I'd figure with a TST box, you'd have no problem lighting them up. Stand on the brake, stand on the gas, and slowly let off the brakes until the back wheels start smoking and the front wheels stay stationary.
