Ok I just have a couple questions for you guys, I'm wanting to keep my truck able to tow, as I have a 30ft gooseneck that I pull several times a year, other than that my truck is a daily driver but I want more. I want to be able to play with the sportscars, and win, lol, recently my fuel pump went out so I upgraded to an airdog 2 165, next is my tranny, going with a goerend. With his triple disk tc,
I'm going to go with a smarty and maybe stack a mp-8 onto it, what else would I need to compliment these two? What turbo and injectors? Will an arson cp3 kit handle the fueling?

I say no mp8 unless you are only going to use it at the track, pressure is not recommended for DD. I would leave the injectors alone for now. Gone are the days that you need sticks to make power, when you get bored then go sticks. As far as turbo start reading, it's all in what you want and what you can spend. Go with something in a 62 platform you can upgrade to 64 when you want more, cause you will. Good luck.


Oh and you still need sticks to make big numbers but a lot can be had with stockers.

 

the mp-8 would make things a little HOT, so i would say no to that
