IMHO you should put a Raptor 100 in. It will easily hook up to the OE canister (assuming its the enigne mounted one that died), and will provide more than enough fuel for 500hp. It will also easily allow you to add extra filtration if you ever wanted to go that route.

Don't get sucked into the AD or FASS filter setups, they aren't as an effective overall filter as your stock filter is.

I would go with the raptor or if you want the extra filters then go with the airdog they are both awesome systems!

AH why don't get sucked in? The FASS wasn't as big of difference on my '03 as it was on my brother's '01. At the time I bought mine I don't think there was the other pumps out there or the GDP 2mic Cat kit either. The FASS made a huge difference on the 855 in our tractor though.

You can get much better filtration with stand alone filters than with the AD or FASS setups.

Hey, thanks for the quick replys yall. I have been a little more than confused for the past 3-4 days reading on what I should use. Now, I have seen so many different post about how the install goes and need to make sure I have everything I need. Also I am looking for opinions about the ease, or lack, of the different systems installs. I do have the canister mounted LP, well I use to have one.

Well I have still been reading about the aftermarket LPs late into the night because I plan on placing an order today. I think I have decided on an Raptor 100 setup. Now I have read where many of yall have used a 2micron filter between the stock canister and the cp3, what does your setup look like? I guess Im just tired and read out but, I never saw any pictures of the 2Mc filter setup. One more thing, I will be buying a fuel pressure guage, where should it plumbed in? Thanks again, Dave.

Take a look at the link in my sig. It has the 2um setup, and my psi gauge.

If my LP ever quites I will be putting a Raptor 100 in between my BF1212 and OE Cansiter.

Huh, didnt notice the sig is in first post only. Now that I have seen your setup, I will be pulling the trigger on the Raptor 100, fuel guage and the 2MC filter setup. Thanks for the help with everything. Dave

I went the Raptor 100 route when mine died 100K ago. Never a problem since, adjustable flow rate, easy hook up, reliable pump design, reasonable price...can't go wrong IMO.
