Right now I have some KORE Fox 10's on the rear that Sage was kind enough to lend me....personally, I don't like the way they're valved. I'm going to a 10" King piggyback because I only have 10" of travel in the new bags.

BTW, I have a pair of 12" King 2.5's for sale if anybody's interested, I need to get rid of them to offset the cost of the new 10's.
Cowhand, do these work with the stock springs or just with Carli's add-a-pack?

They were actually valved for the factory springs with an add a leaf....but they're still too long for the rear of your truck.

Oh, to have money. Wish I knew that feeling right now. Your truck looks great. That is close to what I want to do, though I want to go 4" total. And I'm going to put the radius arms on the truck too, whenever Don can finalize the bracket.

I have the same setup as you except i have the rears also. The truck rides great. The rear end doesnt bounce for 200 feet after you hit a bump. It just settles. I actually think the rear may be better than the front. I took my truck to my buddies house to show off my new stuff and he said lets go for a ride. He has an 04 250 diesel witha donahoe kit and bilsteins. We started up the road and he couldnt believe it. He said that he had turned around by now. I just stuck the throttle and blasted down this thing. It was awsome. On the way back we hit one of the major rollers and aired it out about 10 inches at 45. I didnt believe how it landed. just like we hit a bump. the shocks just got better and better the faster i went. (which worries me a little). ANyways you wont regret the rears. well worth it, like cowhand said, they flex now. Its only money, your just going to spend it on something else anyway, right? Im gonna go for a drive.

Nice Paul!

I heard through the grapevine that there was a sweet lookin' black megacab, on DTR, with some of my stuff on it..... Had to come take a peak as I answered emails and drank my morning coffee..

The height came out PERFECT Paul, and the install came out clean!

I thought I throw some info out there to clear some stuff up.

The springs that Paul has on this truck are custom made per each application. I order the springs with the rate/height I want from this company, and I had been doing it this way because there were no springs on the market providing the rate I wanted. I had had these springs ordered for Paul and they took about 2 months to get!!!! I was told 2 weeks!!! They are quality springs from Coilsprings.com , but they take much too long to receive. Not to mention I have another set I'm waiting on still which has been over 2 months also. When Pauls springs were in limbo I had over 1k in spring orders to them and each time I called to check in on my orders, I'd have to call in 3 times leaving a msg with a person, to get one call back 6 days after the first call .. Nice...

Anyway in my frustration, I started making some calls, as I can't run my business that way. I will still use them for the custom height stuff but having to tell the customer it will be 2 months for springs is horrible..

Since Sage Carli and I had started doing business quite a bit lately, and we have a VERY GOOD business relationship at that, I decided to talk to him about his coil spring rates which turned out to be within' 5% of what I run. Good enough for me!!!! I will be going through Sage now for coils and minipacks as they are a great high quality setup that I wouldn't change a bit. Sage sure does have that "bling factor" compared to my products..

I'd love some pics of your truck Paul to put on my site, if you can get some with the truck not in the concrete jungle!! lol!!!

usedtostrokeit, is that you John? If so I guess Sage's springs and packs work good with my shock valving? Shock valving is one thing Sage and I probably do different as we haven't discussed/compared valving yet. I do all my own valving research design, as that's one thing I've been doing for a LOOOOOONG time and I valve a lot of long-travel buggies by "word of mouth". Re-valving is a time killer so I don't push it all that much. It sounds like Sages and my shocks ride pretty similar so they are probably close.. Pic's from you too John? please.... pretty please??? lol!!

Thanks all....

So far I really like them. Smooth and quiet and they did well in the little bit of offroad use they've seen (silty sand). They are a true 35" tire, I measured them befor mounting them up. The AT's are load range D but have a 3305 lb rating. I had it loaded pretty good (9000 lb travel trailer with 1200 lb golf cart in the bed and the family in the cab) last month and it did awesome.

Right on Don, glad to see you approve... It nice to see you on the site, also.

I'll take it up into the foothills and snap some pictures and I'll email them to you. I'll make sure I find some mud to get some while dirty, also

Yes Don, you can use pictures of my truck on your site, too. I don't mind at all.

Told you 2 weeks too, huh?? I waited 6 weeks, called them, and was told 3-4 more weeks. 4 days later, they showed up. 10 minutes AFTER the SJ D25's I bought to get by for a little while

Oh Well, sold the SJ's already!!
