Uh, Yes and No. For the person with parts and machine equipment it might be considered DIY, but for me no, it is buy and have someone that knows what he is doing install it.

It looked to me that they were pretty much identical. Can't be much difference between the two. Use same modded pieces and claim about the same.

How do you drill out the rivets on that back plate with the pump on the truck, looks almost impossible.

You don't need to drill any rivets, it should be Torx screws.

Thanks, never have really looked, just thought it had rivets. I just looked long enough to see how hard it would be to drill

There both the same, but youll get awsome service with shane, and service w/ II is a crap shoot
