PIAA/Sylvania Bulbs??

PIAA/Sylvania Bulbs??
First off, I can NOT find the item/part number for the PIAA headlight bulbs or the Silverstar Ultra bulbs for my 06 Dodge. If they do exist, what are the part numbers for them; (you guys who have them). And... what is the better bulb to choose as far as longevity (spelling) and brightness. Lets not forget about $$$$$ as well. Some info would really help. Thanks guys.
