Outlook Monitor Boost Readings Max Out?

Today while trying some different programming on my truck my boost pressure readings on the outlook went like this: 32-33-34-0-1-2 as boost climbed. Does the outlook stop at 34 then start over at 0? I've never had boost readings above 32 psi before so obviously I've never encountered this. I tried to call Bullydog but there is no tech support on weekends so if anyone can shed some light on this I'd apppreciate it. Thanks.

You should never see more than about 27psi boost on a stock truck with Bullydog software loaded. Are you stacking another product with it? Something with a boost fooler?

My guess is, if you are completely stock except for the Tripledog programmer you might have a map sensor problem and might want to consider getting a new sensor. Also, There is the chance your Outlook monitor is bad and you can send that back to Bullydog for exchange. Actually the more I think about it you probably have a problem with the monitor. They are a high failure rate item.

No its Smarty beta 4.4 programming. I don't use the triple dog anymore and should have clarified that. I'm going to call Bullydog on Monday and see if they can shed some light on the boost reading issue.

u wont be able to use the boost reading from the Outlook Monitor because the Smarty does boost fooling , i am running the Monitor with my Diablo Sport Predator/Puck and the Quadzilla Boost Fooler and i dont use the boost reading portion of the Outlook, i bought a Autometer Cobalt Boost gauge. I was having a similar problem and i called Justin at BullyDog and he told me that u cant use the boost reading on the Outlook when u run a boost fooler, hope that helps ya.

No the smarty doesn't do boost fooling. Some of the software changes the wastegate settings thats all. It has been working fine with my smarty but until this new software I've never gotten above 31 psi boost. Its an outlook issue or a map sensor issue possibly but I am leaning towards the outlook.

I just talked to Bully Dog Tech Support and they informed me the outlook monitor will not read accurately above 32 psi. That sucks so I guess I'll have to look for another option.

The smarty Hot and or aftermarket turbo program does do boost fooling. Otherwise your truck would throw a code and defuel. Trust me with my twins and any non boost fooling program I throw over boost codes. The outlook will show boost till a certain level and then it gets fooled by the programer. Thats why the outlook goes from 32 to 0. You need a mechanical boost gauge.
Im running beta 4.2 and I can fully fuel to 60lbs (my wastegate setting) with the software. No codes, outlook saying little to no boost, truck screaming and trying to blow off 60+ lbs. .
