I had a few questions on what to order and what is needed?

Im getting the GDP 392 kit, and I got a little confused ordering from DTR. Do I need the big line kit, and or the 2+ micron filter?

Does the filter need to be remote or not on my 04 305?

 

The filtration is up to you. Since the stock filter stays in place you can either use a 5 micron filter from Baldwin and or install the remote 2 micron kit.
I believe the big line kit is for heavily modified engines that needs lots of fuel flow.

My plan is install the 392 pump kit, use the 5 micron Baldwin drop in fuel filter and install the strainer before the pump.

I was told that Baldwin and or the new filters at the Dodge dealerships filter down to 5 microns. That should be enough shouldnt it?

 

The strainer doesn't come with the kit. DTR has the strainer for $12.99

The Baldwin PF7977 is 5 micron. The Dodge (Fleetguard) FS 19800E is a 7 micron.
Bosch recommends 5 micron filtration for the CR systems. You can always add the remote 2 micron later on if so desired.
