opinions on full throttle suspension system?

anyone got anything to say good or bad about this brand? i was kinda interested inthe 10" kit, but am curious as to how bad the driveline vibes will be and what a correct solution would be? it looks like a well thought out system......

I have heard from about a half-dozen different people that their systems are total garbage.

That information I do not have. It's only what I have heard from other members.

I talked to a guy down here in South Texas that installed a 10" Full Throttle kit on a 04 Dodge and he said it was total crap, he said he was scared to drive it, it leaned bad while going into corners, it just felt top heavy.. He installs kits on trucks all day long.. He also said that he had death wobble right off the bat..

I'm running a SuperLift kit and i like it, if i were to do it over i would go BDS or Kelderman..

keyser,

i've heard that superlift has good components in their kits except for their springs. i've heard of them sagging....also saw it myself. i originally opted for bds, but they do not offer a drw kit...yet??? and i dunno if i wanna spend the cash on kelderman.........know a company offering a great drw system...6-8"?

darrenb..

Yeah my springs did sag abit, but i went and changed out to triple shocks on each side and the sagging went away, its like i gave it a boob job i'm running Bilstein w/remote reservoir on the front, 3 on each side and like i said it made a difference..

I'll look around and see what they offer for a DRW truck..

If your looking for something over 6" you can go here and talk to Don www.thurenfabrication.com. He can build you anything you want. Or get the 8" kit from www.rockkrawler.com.

in fact i did check out the rockkrawler site. they do offer an 8" kit, but i have not heard anything good or bad about it yet. i also am not certain if they offer a drw system as well.

and as for thuren, i am currently waiting on him to finish testing some of his new products. but i have been staying in touch wth him...really cool guy!!

There is no difference between the kits for SRW and DRW. Any kit that fits a 2500 or 3500 SRW will fit your truck. The rear springs and front coils on my 2000 gasser are BDS and Ive been very happy with them and they are cheap compared to some of the other brands listed.

i've been finding out that some of the kits are essentially compatible with the drw's only if you get the correct u-bolts....i hear that that may be the only difference again in some of the systems....anyhow, still searching! really like the bds except for the fact that they don't have a long arm kit.....i want a long arm kit with heim ends and not bushings....maybe thuren is my only hope!?!?
