I'm jazzed. My direct bolt-up 19.5's just showed up today. I had them powder coated to match the color of the truck. I was struttin' around work as the pallet was being unloaded and everyone is like..."yea what's so special about those? They look like truck rims!". It's frustrating, the guys at work here are ricers or gassers, they just couldn't share in my excitment. I'm still trying to decide on tire size and when I have them mounted I will post pics.

Hope to post pics soon. It was easier than I thought to convince the Mrs. the need for larger wheels and tires to help haul the camper. ("honest honey, all the cool people have 19.5's") I think though, she will be keeping an eye on the prices for the tires.
As soon as I can get a set purchased I will post some pic.

 

There should be a new rule on DTR so we can't post a brag without pics first!!! Just kidding! would be nice to see some pics though!

 

My intent was not to brag... I just knew this crowd could appreciate what 19.5's were. This group of gassers I work with looked at me like I was crazy for getting so giddy about some plain looking tire rims strapped to a pallet.

Here is half of the pics I promised. I'm still a couple weeks away from getting rubber on the rims and getting them mounted on the truck. My wife said something about "priorities", whatever that's supposed to mean?
