Ok to mount???

I was putting my airdog pump together and went to mount it and no go. It wont fit between the tank and transfer case parell to the frame. I seen how my buddy mounted it to the transfer case faceing the other side but didnt like that.

Would it be safe to mount it between the crossmember and front lower control arm. Isnt that where i would put my driveshaft loop at?

I got my AD100 with a Raptor mount and put it just behind my transfer case skid plate:

Yea thats how i tried to mount it. I got the short bus model and it hit the tank on 1 end and the transfer on the other. I got the same mount that u have but cant figure out how to make it work in that spot.

CAn't it go on the outside of the frame in front of the driver side rear tire? I wouldn't put it by the front control arm at all. It seems like that is in line with stuff coming off your front tire. Road Grime, dirt, rocks...

Yes you can mount it on the other side of the rail driverside infront of the rear tire. Only problem I see is like CrashCade said...road grime, dirt, rocks...will hit it there coming off the wheels. Keeping it on the inside of the frame seems to keep it pretty clean and protected.
