Seriously, If Mark Wilson at PDI doesn't help you, (you do seem to have PDI street twins or are they from someone else?), that is why I started this thread, to help with twins!! Hopefully someone else with knowledge can chime in.

And yes it can. In fact, my twins I bought from Phil Baxter here; that's why he pokes fun at me, and he said he experienced a problem that sounds like what you are describing.. I did not. Mine seem to be working the way they should. Although from my understanding, Piers modified the wastegate opening to be a fair amount larger on his sets of twins. Maybe that has something to do with it.
Just a guess on my part...
