OFF Road vs cat back ???

I know that off road is what it says OFF ROAD only. But my question is whats the different between the two if they are both 5in exhaust. Im looking at a 5in. upgrade but wanted to know the difference.

Off road is "suggesting" that the cat is removed thereby not legal on the street anymore. It is illegal to drive without the cat on public streets. Alot of people break the law because there is no real way for authorities to check for something like this. At least in my state there is no way... Kitty's go missing all the time...

I thought it might be a 5in. downpipe instead of a 4in. downpipe. Yeah there will be no kitty or muffler when i get mine

If you go with a 5" downpipe your going to need a much larger turbo to bolt up to it... nothing wrong with that except money. They might have a stock 4" downpipe that necks up to 5" for the rest of the exhaust. Not really necessary until you hit way over the 600hp level.

In my humble opinion, if your not kicking out some serious horses, the 4 inch sounds better. I love things loud, but after a few hundred miles on the highway, you'll be wanting to bottleneck something back to 4 inch. LOL
