Hey guys n gals, imma newbie to this forum. A lil bout myself 23 year old, i live just east of austin, tx, in a lil one horse town nothing to yell about, been doing electrical work for about 5 goin on 6 years now, working on getting my State Of Texas Journymans Electrical Liscence. Now for the good stuff, in june i purchased an 05 dodge ram 3500 crew cab drw 4x4 6 speed truck , CUMMINS of course, i havent done a thing to it, other then an extremely short exhaust system. A 4' 6" "bull hauler stack" necked down to fit my factory 4" exhaust it exits a lil past where the bed starts. Future mods, include, Ranch Hand bumpers and steps, a leveling kit to bring the nose up a lil, a different air intake system, I cant really decide on the sort of tuner or "chip" i want, just trying to weigh all my options b4 i jump the gun so to speak. Im not a stranger to Diesel engines n such, but im no master mechanic by no means i know enough to get me around, so bare with me if i ask questions that some folks might deam as common knowledge. Ive helped pals out with there powerstrokes and 2nd gen cummins, ive read up alot on the cummins engine(s), but theres nothing like asking questions to get answers i guess.
Welcome to the site. This website is full of people who are always more than helpful to offer advise. If you either do a search for a particular topic or just ask straight forward, you will most certainly get some sort of responce.
I bet your exhaust is pretty loud, huh? You got any pics of that 6" "bull hauler stack" on your rig?

welcome and hope you enjoy your truck like the rest of us!!! you will see alot about quadzilla boxes on this site as they are an advertiser and I would recommend them for the sole price advantage. You will spend double for the same power elsewhere. Also buy them from this site and you will find a better price than going elsewhere... enjoy the bombing experience and do it right the first time so you don't have to do it again..
