Currently I'm running the 18" KMC XD Badlands. The stacks are gone and I'm looking at some different wheels. Should I keep my XD's and powder coat most of them black. Or switch to some new 18" XD HOSS wheels.

Either of the two will remain on 33" toyo MT's

any advice will be appreciated.

ALso the badges are coming off and I'm going to attempt to paint my headlights black. and I have a new set of Recon Smoked cab lights as well.

 

I say sell me your wheels and tires and buy new! LOL I haven't PM'ed ya yet but am trying to get up some money to buy yours!

 

I would say sell what you got and buy new, it would be easier. I'm running those in 17s, I like them real well and like the blacked out look.

The black sure is nice to keep clean. Had polished IONs on my hold truck and polishing is a PIA in the winter!

 

I like black wheels but your truck looks bad A$$ the way it is. Unless your going to a black stack keep what ya got.

 

the stack is gone. I'm waiting on my 5" turbo back system to come in.

 

I have seen trucks that were black on black, black on red, black on white, and black on yellow. I think they all look great, especially if you can rid of most of the chrome. The good thing about the XDs is the little bit of chrome on the bolts ties into what little chrome is on the truck.

 

I won't be able to get rid of the chrome on the bumpers mainly because of $. I would love to have a set of fab fours but I can't afford it. but I do plan on getting a black grill and blacking out my exhaust tip. Also I already have black tail lights, Black cab lights, and I'll probably do the headlights.
