New water/meth install pics
Just installed a Devilsown water/meth progressive system. Works off of the map sensor which makes it a super easy install. Probably took less than three hours total work. I've got it set to begin spraying at around 12lbs boost and max at around 40lbs. I ran wot today at 105mph and 50psi boost and only had 1200degree egt's. Plus it seems to clear up smoke pretty much all the way. For the money, this kit is most likely the BEST bang for the buck. I love things that cost little and produce so much. First it was my XZT, then Diablosport, then VA3.2, and now Devilsown...
First pic is of the progressive controller... awesome little box... lets you see when you have it turned on (first LED), then when you're spraying (second LED, flashes faster the more your pumping), then when your on full spray (third LED). The third LED also shows, upon turn on, whether system is operating correctly.
Second pic is where nozzles are tapped into my intake. I'm using a m14 and an m7 nozzle.
Third pic is shurflo pump mounted just below windshield washer tank where I tapped for the feed. I like this because it hold more than a gallon of fluid, I can still use my windshield washer, and it has a low water sender already stock in the truck.
Fourth pic is the check valve feeding into the splitter for the two nozzles.
Fifth pic is my custom switch panel I'm still in the process of fabbing together. Bottom switch is my Liteforce lites, above that is a NASCAR 170cfm fan I have plumbed from the front air dam up to the AEM filter, top switch is the water/meth.
Let me know whatcha think...

Nice wright up Tony, your engine compartment looks like mine with all those wires.
I have been thinkin about this all day, and I was wondering, would there be a problem making a tank and puttin it in the bed? I am thinkin about a 10 gallon aluminum tank and just put it under my tool box. Would the pump be able to pull the water from back there?

US Plastics has the same exact black 6gal tank that Snow & Coolingmist use. It's only about $30 from them. Fits perfectly inside the toolbox (and mine is low-profile too).
I think you're supposed to keep the pump as close to the supply tank as possible though.

pump was mounted on the frame under the cab. I wrapped a hose in electrical tape so it wouldn't be as easy to pinch or poke a hole in it.
No more water/meth. I might start spraying water again sometime, but not meth. Once you hear the rattle from the meth, it kinda scares you

I was thinkin of powdercoating or linexing a treadplate tank and puttin it under my tool box.
