I saw the last part of ATS's new twins install on two guys garage just now. They use the stock turbo over top of their MST turbo. From what I saw it had a flex pipe between the outlet of the MST and the inlet of the stock turbo. They dynoed around 900 ftlb.

This was the same system BlueDragonUSMC talked about in a post a few weeks ago.

Anyone else have any info on these?

 

I wonder what else they did to the truck as far as mods, I only caught the last half of the show.

 

im sure several trucks dyno higher than 900 ft/lbs with just the stock turbo...wish i couldve seen the show

I watched the show, and that's all they did to it. They did say they could get bigger gains with some added fuel. Oh, they did change the air horn as well.

 

sounds like some & mirrors.. 900 on stock fuel?? umm. yha right....

gota love how dyno operators will tweek settings to get it to read what ever they want... its all in the interst of good tv right?
