Has anybody found the need to change out there Manifold for something like BD or ATS and were there any gains in HP or EGT

 

I installed the ATS exhaust manifold and I do not think it was really worth it performance wise. It is two piece so the potential for cracking the manifold is somewhat less and there is a nice boss you can drill for a pre-turbo thermocouple. I suppose if I was drag racing or sled pulling I might see a slight improvement in those applications. Next time I will spend my hard earned $ on something else.

Normally, you need to upgrade when you go to twins or a big single with a lot of fuel/boost.

 

For a close to stock it doesn't seem worth it unless you want an easy place to mount a pyro. And it looks cool.
