new edge with attitude and codes

just finished my install minus a few parts that manufacturer forgot to put in the box. any way, it runs great with smooth power but i now have the check engine light and codes. been looking online to no avail, so now to ask someone with the big book.

did not have any of this with my power pup, sent it back for a reflash, got bored with stock and this is what hapens

i understand the trans, the power tap comes of a trans related fuse. did have a power pup for a while. is this a trip back to the dealer for a reflash.
