Guys, auto tranny on my 04 is just about toast, it has started slipping in 2nd gear. So I am on the look out for a tranny shop that might handle the big boys (DTT, HTS ect....)

I am just south of St. Louis

I do know a tranny guy that used to work at a Dodge dealer, he is good and knows his ins/outs of the 48re, should I just let him buy the "Right" parts and install???

I know the tranny topic causes a mess, but I am really just looking for a shop in the area who has done this multiple times and has a reputation

I can hook you up with my tranny builder about an hour away from Stl to the south east if you want. I love my Hts. You can't go wrong with it. If you want a DTT call John at Floor-It diesel but he's on the west side of KC.
