need some advice here
i went to the track this past sunday and after my last run i popped the hood to make sure everything was ok before the ride home and saw what i didnt want to see. there was coolent everywhere on the passenger side of the truck. all over my turbos, piping, and the battery tray was filled. i checked all the coolent lines and everything checked out ok. i checked the oil and there was no coolent in it and it wasnt any higher than usual. so i drove the truck home with some buddies right behind me. nothing else leaked and the truck was running fine. now my question . could it be a blown head gasket? if so would it only leak with alot of boost, i thought if it was blown it would leak all the time. or could of the head lifted with the nitrous during my run and then settled back down? if so should the head gasket be replaced? the head has been shaved and is studded with arp 12 mm and recently tourqued. any help is greatly appriciated. truck is in my sig

Before I started looking at the head gasket,I'd double check the radiator cap's recovery tank hose.Might have broken/fell off,& it blew straight back onto your battery, etc.Just a thought.

I know when a buddy of mine blew a head gasket on his 98, it turned the water in like a thick oily color.. Atleast i was told it was a head gasket.. It was pretty sick looking..

I was at the Dodge House today and i asked a few tech's and they said pretty much every blown head gasket they have seen was a mixture meaning it was oily looking..
Some of them said were not saying it cant be done..
But they all said double check the radiator overfill tank..
