Need Help with Tire Choice Please chime in!!!

Ok trucks ready for tires and wheels,
Havent deicded on either yet I am definetly going to lift it proably 4.5 or 6 inch. I dont do allot of off road so yes its mostly for looks and the occasional hunting trips..
Anyways in the line for 35's or tops maybe 37's. Only time it see mud is by accident or turn arounds with the race car trailer on side of the road but does see sand a lot.
I would like a tire to last at leat 30,000 miles (that may be asking to much)
but none the less.
Toyo Open country's ,Wear caracteristics?
Mickey Thompson ATZ's ,^^^^^^^^^?
Anything im missing help me out I want a decent ride And a good tire
Ive never had much luck with BFG all terains on light trucks but hear there alright on these?

Any pictures of your rigs, or sugestions would be greatly appreciated

THANKS
Israel Sweeney

I'm happy with my Toyo Open Country AT's. Smooth, quiet and a 40,000 mile tread life warranty.

Mine are good like that,, but they do NOT like gravel,, so if you do any offroading,, or gravel driving,, these are not the tires for you,,, I only put on very minimal miles on gravel,, so they have been good

I would look at the nitto terra grapplers and dune grapplers. Never owned a set of either but a lot of friends like the terras and the dunes are D and E rated.

i have the BFG MTs. 35s and 37s both have worn very well. Sold the 35s with 20K on them, the had at least 1/2 the tread left. pics in the gallery. 37s on black and weld weels. 35s on stock polished and gray wheels.

I will also say I prefer MTs to ATs. my experience with ATs is they pick up every rock and fling it at the truck.

Check out the Pro-Comp Extreme A/T's. They are new for me (3k miles). Pro-Comp just announced a 40k milage warranty. I have friends with close to 40k on them and they look good.

I have H2 rims & tires alot of peole run them and like them search for H2s or 315s. You can pick up a set of take offs relatively cheap (got complete set of five $615 and yes you can fit full size spare) Have pics in my gallery

Ditto with nriver....hate the rock chuckers. Get good MT's...

Toyo, BFG, Cooper or the XTA Procomp.

My last BFG MT's made it to 73k (had 1/4" tread left...not cupped too bad)!

I have run both BFG MT & AT both will pick up rocks and throw em my experience though was that the MT pick bigger rocks due to more space between lugs and made bigger bangs when they come out @60mph plus my MTs were louder than ATs if you do a lot of mud MT is the way to go if not I prefer ATs
