has anyone had trouble with the two bolts near the couplings im installing my twins and cant seem to get the bolts in The stock bolt wouldnt even com close to fitting any ideas or should i find some allen head bolts to fit?

 

rubber mallet. had to do that to mine. it was twisted just a hair as the bolts would not line up.

 

did your stock bolts fit or did you have to get different ones? i know with the twins i have to flip it over.

 

Your manifold isn't flat. Use the mallet.

yes, stock bolts went back in. the flange is the same thickness so it don't matter about flippin it over. what happens is when they assemble the pieces together, they do get assembled correctly but then they get tossed around the warehouse, ups tosses em and in doing so, they twist a bit. rubber mallet and you are in biz
