need a few opinions

i currently have a reglular cab dually and me and the guys at work were thinking of making it a single rear wheel but leaving the dually fenders. i have been thinking this for a while but not sure how it will look. i talked to sean at lorenz to day and we decide to put his 2.25 set up in the truck wich will put me at 3" lift in the front and about 1" lift in the rear. i would like to run a 35x13 or 13.5 on either a 17" or 18" rim if possible with out rubbing the bumper or rear fender(rubbing on the contral arm doesnt bother me i had a 2500 that did it i got used to it). are goal was to get the rear tire about centered or alittle more tords the out side of the rear fender so it will look good with that width tire. i know from searching around that when you mount a stock rim and tire on that axle it will stick out an inch to 1.5" out side of the wheel well on a SRW bed so that is already in my favor. now sense the rear tire is covered we would put a fender flare on the front or if i have the money a set of glass works front fenders wich is a molded fender that has about a 4" flare molded into it so the truck would match better with that rear set up. i started liking this idea from going on RBP's web site( http://www.rollingbigpower.com/galle...ge-gallery.htm ) and they have this set up on a 4 door with a kilderman. on my truck how do you think it will look? what do you think i will need for back spacing or is this something i might need a spacer for? i would like not to use a spacer because that will cause alot of stress having the tire that far out off the studs. if i have to have less back spacing in the rear to acheve this that is fine unless i can get it to work with the same back spacing in the front with out rubbing issues. i have a friend with a tire machine so when i need to rotate i can do it my self by swaping tires and rims if they have different spacing. Any help or recomendations will be great. thanks

I would put a single wheel up front with a 305-65-17 then run 285-70-17 duals in the rear.like this truck-

Or if you want to run a single out back find a rim that is atleast 10" wide with the backspacing in the 4"-4 5/8" range and maybe a 1/2" spacer.Dick Cepek offers a FCII tire in sizes 35x12.5x18(front) and 35x13.5x18(rear).That might work for you.

it would look really cool if it is wide as the 2, and spaced properly...
