Need 315 spare

Well I have three extra 315s, one is a little thin on tread depth(Right Rear 
). I bought 4 new and then a used set of 4 with wheels. Used one for my spare and have swapped one with the right rear. But these things weigh about 65lbs. Not sure packaging and shipping would be worth it. Two have about 12,000 miles or so.
