I have owned quad products for almost five years now and whenever I needed something they alway came through. I recently upgraded my xillaraider to the X2 and when I went to do the usb updates I couldn't get my computer to see the box. This was very frustrating after 2 evenings of messing with it I gave quad a call and they took me right to where I needed to go and found the drivers I was needing to install but couldn't find. So I just wanted to say thanks on here to Jeremy in Tech support, now it's time to go try this Smarty/Quad stack!!!

 

don't use the timing programs from the smarty unless you have had the timing removed from that quad box, running more than one advance of timing can be bad. that said, go have fun !

 

Thanks for looking out for me, I know I need that sometimes as do we all....

I'm running the pressure only stack tune from quad, that is where I had the problem and Jeremy had to help me out. I couldn't get the computer to see the quad box so I could reprogram it.

 

I have had only one dealing with Quad so far, and it was with Jeremy also and I received the same very helpful and friendly service from him as well...

Quad, if you get to read this, Jeremy does a good job of representing your company.

 

What smarty tune are you using? THat stack can be nice

 

I run the Smarty TnT/ X2 Race also. Nice stack indeed!

 

Jeremy is a good guy, he has been both professional and very friendly every time I have dealt with him. Quad has some very good people working for and with him there

 

tcr if your asking me I'm running the Smarty revo 4.14 lvl 3 with everything else on 2(tq,tm,rp). I know we talked about it on another post now I have it in the truck but haven't got to play with it yet.

 

I enjoy the whole crew I have dealt with at Quad, Ross, Jeremy, Amber, others....They have FANTASTIC CS as far as I'm concerned. They always follow up on thier work too.
