I just wanted everybody to know how great quads customer service is. I have been on the phone for the past 3 days with Jeremy trying to figure out my download problems. After calling me after hours and e-mailing me,i finally got it resolved. It is guys like Jeremy who go above and beyond the call of duty to provide outstanding customer service!! Jeremy and Justin are class act guys who go above and beyond. I got the chance to meet justin last october and hes just as nice in person. Glad to see you got the issues resolved.
