Aftermarket Turbos
You'll have to do some research, many turbos are suited to a specific need and do things slightly different...
There is no right answer for you as you posed the question. What are your goals? What do you want to do?
ats has all the aurora series stuff like the aurora 3000, 5000.
maximized performance has some nice stuff as far as twin turbos nathan builds some of the nicest stuff on the market. it all depends on what you want to do with your truck and what kind of power you want it to make

The majority of turbos out there today are all schwitzer based. HTT, industrial injection, BD, ATS, TAD's B-1's, etc are all s300 variants.
turbonetics makes some different stuff, you can do holset hybrids (JR adkins used to make a decent hx55 hybrid), etc.
It all depends on what you wanna do!! From what Ive found, the journal bearing turbos all hit hard. They have a lag period and then hit real quick. The ball bearing stuff Ive tried is real linear in spool. Feels more like a NA motor.
