Mine has quit twice. First time the wire for the low pressure sensor came off and I had a 2psi alarm set, so it would just flash 000000000....constantly. Finally figured that out and then one day I started my rig and it sounded WAY bad (rail pressure spiked), unhooked quad RPG and sent it back and they returned it a few days later with a note saying "repaired existing harness". No probs since.----Matt

i had some problems w/ their rp guages too. first one didn't work, sent it back, they fixed it, sent it back to me and it still didn't work. I sent it back again and they replaced it and gave me a new one. have had it for about 2 months w/ no problems. what color is yours? my first one was grey and the replacement was black. I'm not sure if the black is an updated version but it's been working good so far. give quad a call, they have great customer service so i'm sure they'll take care of you. the rp guages come with a 1 yr warranty.

maybe a quad rep would step into this and let us know a little more about whats goin on especially since adrenalines coming soon i would think a company like that would want a clean plate to start marketing a new product...

I'm on my third one. Call Quadzilla, get a return authorization #, and they'll ususally have it back to you in about 2 weeks. I don't mind a product that might fail, especially when the vendor provides great support. Quad, Glacier, Industrial Injection, TST, and pacbrake have all stood behind their products when they've failed or malfunctioned on my truck.

You guys are getting much more service out of them than I did. All of mine died in a matter of hours. I got maybe one to two starts with them. Every time I got a new one I'd always put it on after I got home from work after my half day Friday when I used to work 4-9's and a 4. I always went out on a date with my GF and by the time I got ready to leave her house they were all dead.

I have a brand new one that Quad sent me that I have never installed. From talking with him its supposed to be one of the bad ones. I'm holding onto it in hopes that the problem can be completely solved and maybe trade it in as Quad said a good gauge can be made good but a bad gauge is a goner.

Quad's a great guy and runs a top notch shop with great folks. I fully expect him to make good for any of your problems with his products.

Folks like him are few in the world. Fortunately for people like us working on these trucks, there seems to be a plethora of great vendors that provide great service.

A lot of other enthusiasts for other vehicles aren't as fortunate.
