Little louder than stock, no drone in the cab at highway speeds with out a load. Just havent pulled with it yet. The common rails have different sound, nuthin like my 02. Raspy, i wouldnt call it raspy kinda john deere.

Nope, but i always kept in mind that if it didnt sound like I wanted I would put a free flowing muffler on, Im getting older so I want quiet. The RPM straightens out the bends enuf to do it easily. I would post some sound clips but Im fly off to work in the morn and wont be back till December 29th

Any kind of mileage warranty?(I know SOME places offer one, just curious)

Let us know how they do after you get some miles on them.

nope .. .the mt does not have one. Rumor has it with good rotations that 35-40k is reasonable.

I rotate every 3k, might be excessive, but I seem to get a lot more life out of my MTs

mikegronholz,

What tire pressure are you running right now? Les Schwab told me I would see the best wear and ride with 50psi all around. I'm looking for the best psi for wear and longevity. They also told me to have them rotated every 4000 miles.

I'm running 70 front and 60 rear. I get full tread contact. 40 seems low ... especially in the front. The outsides are probably gonna wear quick. The front of a CTD is heavy ... real heavy. 40psi will definitely ride softer but in corner it may tend to follow the grooves in the road.

i want to say in one of my past covensatins with Boardman, he said he ran his 35" Toyos at like 55\45 ... I am not using my truck like he was, I haul in nasty conditions, so I opted to run a little higher.
