I just installed a set of Recon smoke. led cab lights on mine. I like em.

 

I don't know what kind they are but there nice I got them at an ebay store,they have 3 L.E.D. orange lights in them.

I was going to get some tow mirrors but then it wouldn't fit in my garage without folding them in,these aren't to bad to tow with.

Could you snap a pic from the right rear showing that tip a little better? Looks exactly like what I will end up doing, turndowns aimed just a little back.

 

Did you do a complete install or do they replace factory lights. Looks very nice. If you post a new picture with the tail pipe can you tell me if it changes the sound or keeps the soot off the bumper any better. My truck is a white sport with painted bumpers and keeping the back corner clean is hard.

 

I think turndowns may make a LITTLE more noise, because you are bouncing the noise right off of the ground, same effect as aiming train horns at the ground for more sound. I have the silver strip across the bottom of my truck, that is what I am aiming to keep clean

 

Factory replace on the cab lights,and the turndown is one for a motor home my silver kept getting black.

The lights look great. I haven't seen too many trucks with the black/silver two tone. Here's mine.

 

Black is the nicest color when it's clean but that hard to keep it that way.

 

You guys are killing me I always thought a bumper corner painted black was something to be proud of.
