Muffler delete or resinator

Muffler delete or resinator
I have a 07 CTD and want to make it sound good but don't want to brake the bank. Should i do a delete pipe or resinator or just do a cat back system?

Here is my '03 with 2 straight thru 18" mufflers and all the rest of the stock stuff in place.
This cost me $40 as I had the mufflers already, so this is about what a straight pipe would sound like.
