Does anyone have any pics of where you mounted the hydro reservoir for the sbc? I was not aware the it was separate and the shop is saying there is no room. Please advise, I will be going there tomorrow to provide them some guidance. Thanks...

 

I mounted mine on the fire wall next to the brake booster and inerfender.

 

I made a bracket and mounted it on the "lip" at the top of the firewall. Then attached the resovior to it.....sits just to the right of the brake fluid resovoir looking from the front of the truck.

 

Mine is simply zip-tied to the large wiring harness near the firewall. There's plenty of room to make a bracket or do like I did. I've got an isolator for my fuel pressure gauge mounted to a homemade bracket that attaches to the "lip" at the top of the firewall as well.

It doesnt mount in the stock location??

 

No, the resovoir is remote mounted where as the stock unit is all one piece.
