my dad has a 2006 3500 cummins 6 speed he has intake banks high ram 5inch duald and the juice w attitude now he wants 2 do somthing else and needs help he sants somthing 2 do with air not fuel he dont think but will concider aneything can u please help me

 

He needs a Glacier fuel system...or an airdog...or a FASS

he has reached the limits of the stock lift pump.

air? get a turbo from Industrial Injection. SPS62 is my choice

 

yes,, air would be a very good next move, afe intake, mbrp exhaust, bigger turbo, better tranny, fass or gdp

you could do an intake system that will help a little on the high end but you'll lose some of the low end and the turbo will sing to you. intercooler isn't worth it until your going like 600 or 700+. you could change out the turbo to a little bit bigger turbo or a twin setup. but i would suggest adding a pressure box to the fuel system and maybe getting the hot unlock code for the attitude you don't have to send out the 2006 unit you just have to pay 100 bucks and get the code.

 

ya thats what i was going 2 do for x-mas but he decied he wanted 2 work on air flow he has high ram intake and exhust

i have the 2 piece. love it. can't say if it improved mpg or not..but it did change the sound of my truck...and i like it.

 

glacier or bd lift pump kit, then an sps62/14.

 

the manifold isn't going help much unless your pushing lots of horsepower. i would go with an intake kit you need to let that engine breath. i'll tell you now that the edge juice has him on the edge of his stock lift pump not being able to handle the fueling needs. the high ram isn't going to do much either until you change out the turbo and your running either twins or a bigger turbo pushing like 50 PSI. and the banks high ram is just about as restricting as the stick intake ram just a smoother surface inside. but i guess the question is how much HP is he wanting to go?

 

You now need to do like afe air intake and aftermarket fuel system. Then make sure he does some tran upgrade too or he going be sliping tran.
