Mopar fender shields

Washed the truck this morning and noticed several rock chips on the leading edge of the fender. On Dodgeparts.com they have fender shields available in matching factory colors for $31.05. Anyone have the shields on their trucks? Any pics with them mounted?

Thanks

The fender shields you're talking about are not FENDER SHIELDS. They are bug deflectors for the frt end...I do not think anyone makes them for the new body style Rams..

If you're talking about Fender Flares....check this place out...

https://www.accessorysourcedirect.co...erflares.shtml

the cheapest place I could find...

Rossn2, I'm not sure we are talking about the same item. Here's the link. https://www.dodgeparts.com/catalog/p...roducts_id/140

Ok, went to the web link you provided and " Fender Deflectors feature a wraparound style that creates an air stream to help direct bugs and other road debris up and away from the Fender without adversely affecting wiper or washer operation.."

I believe these are Bug Deflectors for the front of fenders and usually come in a 3-piece design..I'm probably wrong, of course, it's MOnday and I've only had 1 cup of coffee today....

I put stainless steel wheel opening moldings on mine is that what you are looking for? I bought mine from Dave Smith for about $83.00 and they are about 1 1/2 wide so you do not have to move the BIG "C"..

Clifford,
I'm looking for protection on the leading edge of the fender, the area just above the headlights.

Rossn2, thanks for the pic, wish they had a pic with the Ram.

Rossn2, I will when a animal/vehicle takes out my front end! Looking for something that is like a Aussie bullbar in aluminum. I'm a high tech redneck.....

What the heck are you guys talking about? Where I come from fender=bumper, not the leading edge of the HOOD. The pic and links are to hood deflectors/bug shields. They are incredibly common on our trucks, half the 3rd gens at my dealership have them on from the factory.

Ok. Finally found a pic of the Mopar fender shield. A member on the TDR has the shields on his truck. Goes by the name of 'Shooter' and has pics in the photo album.
