which mods are compatible with VA C3.1

Guys,

I am looking at my next mod (recon and xzt combo) to stack w/ my va c3.1 smartbox and was wondering if anyone has ran this setup or had any feedback?

I am looking for a little more power with some mpg gains, but curious if this setup would work.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated,

Sorry, but you can't stack two pressure boxes together.
You can stack a timing/duration box or programmer with the C3.1.

This is exactly the kind of info I am looking for and sounds like a programmer that plugs under the steering will work. I am looking at the diablo sport predator but have seen some post on diablosport.com that they are having all kinds of issues with surging and idling witht he 06's and newer. Anyone experience any othese issues w/ predator on a 04 CTD?

I am currently running a VA c3.1 with a Smarty and TST.

In the past I have also run the c3.1 with the Bullydog power pup.

I was running a Triple Dog and 3.1 for a long time, Now I am running the PMT and 3.1. It is a pretty sweet combo!

I am running the 3.1 with Smarty and TST also. In all honesty the TST has been set at 0,0 for about 3 months, in fact I just turned the 3.1 back to stock and I'm running Smarty wild tm on sw9.

Smarty or TST would work great with the 3.1, though I would lean toward Smarty. Knowing what I know, and if I had no boxes I would just buy a Smarty and be done with it. Of course I'm not gonna sell the TST or 3.1 I just wont use them very often.

i have a pred for my 04 and i like it,ive had it for over a year and my dad has one on his 03,we have both had zero problems with it,they dont have any issues on the 03-05s,for the money it works great,it does what it says it does, theres custom downloads with and without timing and some with crazy power,i had a smarty on my 2nd gen and it was awsome,if you have the money to spare get the smarty, its twice the money but they have proven themselves to be top of the game, theres very few guys here that have anything bad to say about the smarty,it seems to work well with everything and with all the downloads they have theres probly no reason to stack anymore
