What modifications can you do to your truck that WILL NOT VOID your warranty? Anything from tires and suspension to air intake and exhaust systems.

Depends on the dealer..... Personally if you are worried about your warranty just service and drive it. As the old saying goes "If you bomb it you are your own warranty station".

The only way to be 100% sure on your warranty is to leave it at the dealers lot and not drive it. Even then they will probably tell you it failed from the fuel going bad.
If you have a local dealer you go to, talk to the service manager and see what he says. Dont trust a service writers word, hear it from the man in charge and hope he does not move on to another job while you maintain your warranty.
There are a lot of fair dealers around my area. If I went for ball joints and had a programmer, they know it did not cause the failure. Other dealers wold give you the boot.

The tuner for sure will most likely give you the most problem for warranty. Alot of debates on this website about it, but most likely Dodge will not warranty any engine/transmission problems if they find you have a tuner. And they have found ways to find if you have been using a tuner. Also, for the larger tires, they may not warranty front end work. Air intake, they may not warranty turbo problems, esp if it gets dusted. Like most have said, any mods may take your warranty out...

I look at it this way:
You can wait for the warranty to run out and then mod your truck to your liking and cover your own repairs. Or........
Mod your truck now to your liking, drive with a big smile on your face, and cover your own repairs.

I was wondering this same thing, so I called the local Dodge Dealer in SLC and he tells me that the only thing you can do is an exhaust, at most it will void the "Exhaust" warranty and nothing else since its after turbo and engine. He also told me that any modifications prior to the turbo (ie intake) will void drivetrain warranty which means if you want to keep said warranty then dont do anything except exhuast unless you plan on taking mods off before bringing it into the dealer. I am going to put an intake and exhaust on my 07 and i'll just take the intake off and put the stock one back in prior to taking it in for work.
