Modded Reliability

Well, After having to rebuild my truck at 70K miles of heavy mods and a heavy foot . I am wondering what kind of mileage are people seeing out of there heavily modified trucks and what kind of use are they seeing? I.E. Towing, Racing, just a normal daily driver with little to no towing?

Boy, hard to say with those types of mods. My 7.3 PSD had 80K on it (all modded) with chip, exhaust, injectors, turbo, etc.... when I sold it and it was fine.

My CTD now has 130K on it and I KNOW it was modded before I got it, how much not sure on that though. I got it with 90K, and have been modding since I got it. Clutch is on it's way out......

CrashCade, I dont mean to change the subject but what is an HT 62/12 special?

I have a little over 33k on my truck and I had a quad race box on it at 900 miles. I havent stopped yet and have had ZERO problems on this truck, not just the engine but the whole truck.

I guess it supposed to be like the SPS62. That is what I was told anyway. I am pretty happy with it. It seems to be a pretty good balance for what I have.
